1. Ask what the figure is per and what a course contains. Almost every energy and resurfacing treatment is sold as a course, so the session figure is a fraction of the plan.
2. Ask which device the clinic uses. Device names are the difference between two figures that look like the same treatment on a menu.
3. Ask what the package price is. Where clinics publish both, a pre-paid course of three saves roughly a sixth. Few publish it and all will give it.
4. Ask what add-ons cost and whether they are included. Growth factors, exosomes and PRP are priced as add-ons and can double a session figure.

Chic Med Spa publishes SkinPen microneedling at $375. Chicago Aesthetic Surgery publishes microneedling by SkinPen at $400 per treatment. La Jolla Cosmetic publishes a fee range of $148.75 to $1,098, which spans everything from a partial area to a full course.

So the published base session figure clusters between $300 and $400 across four of the six clinics, which is the tightest cluster anywhere on this site. A quote much below $300 is worth asking about the device and the depth, and a quote much above $400 is worth asking what is included.

What the add-ons cost

Skinography publishes microneedling with PRP at $600 and microneedling with exosomes at $650, against $300 for the base session. So the add-on roughly doubles or better than doubles the price. Its package figures follow: $850 for three base sessions, $1,700 for three with PRP and $1,850 for three with exosomes. Bluepoint publishes microneedling with growth factor at $350 and with a fixer at $375 against its $325 base, a much smaller step.

Radiofrequency microneedling is a different treatment on a different device and is priced accordingly. Chic Med Spa publishes RF plus microneedling at $550 against $375 for SkinPen, and La Jolla publishes Morpheus8 RF microneedling at $552.50 to $2,500. Reading those as the same line as basic needling is the most common way to misread a microneedling quote.

The course, and where the package lands

Clinics sell microneedling in courses of three, and where they publish both figures the discount is about a sixth. Skinography's $850 for three against $300 each saves $50, and its exosome package at $1,850 against $650 each saves $100. Those are real but modest, and they are the clearest published discounts in this record.

Which add-on is worth having, whether the treatment suits your skin and what happens afterwards are clinical questions for the clinic and its clinician. This page prices the options; it does not recommend one, and it gives no guidance on suitability.

What differs by indication is the course length rather than the price, and only a clinician who has looked at the skin can say how long that is.
