Bluepoint Medical Spa prices, quoted from its own price list
Bluepoint Medical Spa in Las Vegas publishes the most granular price list in this record. Laser hair removal is priced in five area bands, tattoo removal in five size bands, and PDO threads by type and length, which makes it the best clinic here for understanding how the trade actually structures its prices. The figures below were fetched from its list and matched word for word.

Where this clinic treats
Taken from the clinic's own priced menu, which names the city it treats in. We do not credit a market to a clinic on the strength of a claim to cover the country.

The one figure it does not publish
Bluepoint prices Botox by the vial and not by the unit: its list carries Botox at $699 for a 50 unit vial and $1,200 for a 100 unit vial, and gives a per unit figure only for Dysport at $4.50. This record therefore shows no per unit Botox price for this clinic rather than dividing the vial out, because a vial divided by a nominal unit count would be our arithmetic presented as the clinic's price.
The Dysport figure is kept under its own heading and is never used to fill the Botox column, because Dysport units and Botox units are not interchangeable. Treating them as the same measurement would produce a comparison table where the cheapest clinic in the country is simply the one that priced a different molecule.
Why the band structure matters
Its laser hair removal bands run from $100 for X-Small Areas, which its list names as lip, chin and neck, to $250 for X-Large Areas, named as full back and full legs. A band menu prices the largest area in each band, so a small area inside a band costs more than it would at a clinic pricing areas individually, and a large one costs less. Reading that structure is worth more than comparing any single number.
